But, KC, you are dealing with a financial institution at a time when time is of the essence.....of COURSE they are going to mess things up for you....it is in their terms and conditions!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. I'm still giggling at that :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:2023: the year I get to buy a car0

I don't blame you writing a complaint.
Have they arranged a survey for you yet?0 -
I just talked to the estate agent in Haywards Heath, and the surveyors have phoned up - they've booked it in for tomorrow week, immediately after the Bank Holiday, no way they can do it before then, which is fair enough.
I'm shattered now! All that angst, between the surveyor on this place, and the non-surveyor on my future place :eek:2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Right. I'm just about to *start* work
I've had to be inside almost the entire day, what with phone calls to my accountant, to the EA in HH, to the Inland Revenue (for proof of approved income), emails and phone calls to and from Nationwide, its been a complete pain. How anyone with a 9-5 job and travelling time daily *ever* manages to buy a house is completely beyond me
Plus I nearly forgot about doing the phone mystery shopstill, I did it in time.
And I managed to get 20 minutes to clean *one* patio chair :rotfl: well, at least I have *somewhere* to sit out that isn't a stone step nowand all the washing up is done, and the emails.
I'm beginning to come round to DT's suggestion that the trading should wait. It should certainly wait if I'm feeling like this - half crazed- I'll be able to last about ten seconds if I go into a trade feeling like this
:D:D its not so dreadful, its just.... zoom zoom, what else can I get done? And trying to be calm while I break a four year habit of not trading is not helped by "zoom zoom" :rotfl:
Off now, I'm not finishing work till 9.30, and will be *shattered* then (and I'll have my tape of Total Wipeout to watch) so I'll be back on tomorrow. Hope everyone has a goo-oo-ood evening.

hey kc .. sounds like its been a mixed bag ... fantastic on the plant and direction front but arrrggghhhh with nationwide ... i'm with them they are usually ok with me ... but then i have never had to do anything that vital so that is possibly why ...
hows the sugar now?0 -
That was yet another busy day for you.Hope you managed to chill out a little before bed.0

Hi all! :hello:
You're right, El, they're fine, like every organisation I've dealt with, on the routine things, but once you want something out of the ordinary (and *how* out of the ordinary is a mortgage application, for heaven's sake???) then they sink like a stone, and never resurface. Still, I'm clear about it all - I just wish it wasn't happening
I did get some rest and have a nice eveningwatched my Total Wipeout - oh the sneers! the smirks! the cruelty! - and staggered off to bed, not a wonderful sleep but not bad. I'm busy all afternoon today, and thankfully I'm finishing at 6.15 - I have a mystery shop email to send in the evening, but I can write that in the afternoon, and just plonk it off at the right time.
I might even clean that other patio chair! And my front garden has suddenly turned into a cornfield - all the grass that was stuck underneath the forest that used to grow there has now sprouted, and the grass seeds are waving gently in the breeze. Very attractive and all that, but not the impression I want to give! And its not somebody else's responsibility yet, so I might get out there in the early evening2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
*Glad* you got some rest - KC you exhaust me!!!
Sorry to hear you've a meadow a sprouting in the front garden - sure you'll get it sorted - then you might be able to sit on that chair you cleaned!Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
:money:Sleeves up folks.:money:0
