Well done, I'd be running round going ohmigod, ohmigod, ohmigod :D

Have no idea what spread betting is - is it through normal bookies or is it stocks and shares (((shruggy smiley))

In me, that takes the form of running around inside my head :D planning what else I can throw out or temporarily list on amazon :D and worrying in case the offer I haven't yet made isn't accepted and I get into a bidding war with this mysterious couple from London who want to be kept informed on all price moves :D

Oh, spread betting - its stocks and shares and foreign exchange and bonds and interest rates and commodities and all sorts of stuff; it comes under the gambling laws, so its like bookies, but not. Gulp :D

Congratulations on the house offer :):) and the new house :):)

Don't worry about the German Shepherds, my parents have had one in succession for about 15 years and they are the loveliest, kindest, cutest, least barky creatures, so you should be fine (so long as they're being brought up right). So sayeth someone who was scared of dogs until her parents got one whilst she was at uni and surprised her with the fact when it was too late to turn around and go back to her uni digs, lol.

Thanks Kittikins! I love dogs - I love all animals, its just that I adore cats. I suppose its the whole "badly trained" thing that gives them such a bad rep. And of course I'm slightly wary of any animal thats been trained as a guard dog - its not about fear tho, thats one area that doesn't trigger my fear, its more about barking, especially at night.

Still - I'm definitely running about decluttering at the moment, thats the theme of the day!

    I prefer cats too :)

DD and I are attempting (badly) to declutter this weekend, so far we've got paperwork to shred but that's it, the house still looks like a junk yard, oh well, it's "homely", "cosy" and "lived in" I guess, lol.

When I was trying to sell my house the year before last, I was ruthless and only had things in the house that I knew I "couldn't live without". Amazing how quickly that turns into clutter again. I know your pain.....keep going, it'll be worth it in the end :)

I was surprised by what a lot of excess paper I'd created when I thought of my green website! What I'm doing right now is going through my books (again ) checking them on Amazon, and the ones that are too big to make a profit on because of people from the USA selling them for silly money - they're going straight to charity shops. I *can't* list them and wait for months and months, so they're going now. It feels good

Thanks Taxi! I'll check on the little detached bungalow tomorrow, and if its still going ahead with the buyers who saw it ahead of me, then I'll offer on the semi - "my" semi :D dogs and all.

I'm on the spreadbetting at the mo, and have been since 7 as I said :j no signals on my system yet. I've got my watch alarm going every 15 minutes so I don't get distracted, and I'm working out what fees I'd pay between ebay and paypal if I listed all my SFX magazines - I've checked closed listings, and a good number of the mags do sell at 99p, so its probably worth doing.

I'm just trying to work out whether ebay or paypal or both charge fees on the P&P charge - paypal do, but I can't work out if ebay do when P&P is listed separately on a 99p starting price. Might have to zip over to the board and check it out there.

Thanks turfy! I *am* excited :j:rotfl::j:rotfl::j:rotfl: and the decluttering is really something too

I'm excited but calm - change will happen, and since its *me* that set it in motion, it will be good change. I really need it in my life, and I've got it :j
