Its nice, isn't it, Taxi. I'm a bit negative about the area this beautiful little road is plonked down in, but the road itself is great, its walking distance to the things that matter, and the house is really good. So what's a girl to do
Taka - I didn't notice the "remove thanks" thing immediately after the update on Friday, but on Sunday or Monday I think - I wouldn't bet my life on it tho  maybe it was brought in because people *do* accidentally click the thanks button when they want to use the quote button - and if you find you've thanked someone you disagree with, or you're telling them off:D:D , people tend to get quite annoyed at that :rotfl:

Thanks Squizz - I'm borrowing trouble from the future at the mo - just having a little panic - what if we exchange contracts and the buyer pulls out, I'm liable for the estate agent's fee then .... I really must stop doing that
I'm tidying the house today as if I'm going to have a viewing, or at least so that I don't have to do too much to make it okay enough for a viewing. I still have to work here, as well as live here, after all.
Otherwise, not much - doing the start of the annual accounts, and the drop in income is scary, *definitely* the best thing to move on.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

Thanks to you I was wondering about this - just noticed it today (I'm a bit slow and in need of coffee)
It seems a bit rude really to 'take back thanks' - not sure I approve of this upgrade - Surely you can thank someone even if you disagree with them- manners cost nowt!

I can't fathom either why the remove thanks button is there!!!!
That's a good idea to keep the house as though you're about to have a viewing as you never know if you may get a last minute viewing.0 -
Why are you panicking about a buyer pulling out after exchange of contracts. It so so rarely happens, generally only when your buyer dies before completion!

Hi KC - not wanting to sound too ambivalent about the HH house, it does look really lovely inside, but I would recommend you/a friend with a car go back at different times of the day and have a walk around the area....xx0

.
If a buyer pulls out after exchange of contracts they are in breach and you would get to keep their deposit and be able to claim any extra costs above that depending on the terms of the contract it only nearly happened to me once in thousands of transactions and I persuaded the buyers who I was acting for not to do it advising them it woud be cheaper for them to resell the property if they had really changed their minds - so please do not worry about this

You are a real worrier, thought I was bad. As DT says they would be in breach so stop worriying and Im sure everything will turn out good for you. This will all be a distant memory soon and you'll wonder why you doubted yourself, got to admit though Im not a good one talking I always look for the niggling little things, we probably shouldnt. Great your managing to keep everything looking lovely, its good for your peace of mind to. :TVisa £[STRIKE]5063 [/STRIKE]now 0. Loan 1 €[STRIKE]4885[/STRIKE] now 0.
