paypal payment been refused

It was not from my debit card, def from bank account BUT the lisiting has the Paypal logo with the symbols for Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Switch, Solo, Delta & Visa Electron clearly showing.2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0

cool, so we're all happy, paypal need to do something as everyone gets confusedmoney saving my @rse.

Maybe if paypal were clearer that only paypal direct transfers are guaranteed to be received into a basic account without incurring any charges it might be a bit easier.
However, in this instance the seller is still wrong as ebay do make it very clear that a seller must accept all forms of paypal payment if the I accept paypal box is ticked.

Just got a reply from seller saying
"Hi glad you brought that to my attention I didnt realise that,I thought as long as it was highlighted in my listing I was able to do it,well as they say you learn something new everyday,I had better upgrade my paypal account then, if you would like to send the payment again,I will upgrade my account which will enable me to accept it,cheers"2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0 -
Yvonne, that is a good outcome. You have probably done the seller a favour as she was running the risk of negs and non performing seller complaints which would have been a shame with her feedback.
