PS. Fergus would like to add that whilst not being particularly useful domestically, he promises to gaze at her adoringly, thus:

Unfortunately for Fergus, Ellie has another two suitors sitting here. DS1, a strapping 8 year old says he has £7.41 in his tardis and £5.01 left of his birthday money to buy her a pretty dress and DS2 says he will do the dusting :D but she will have to wait because a bad boy wouldn't let him off the roundabout and he feels poorly.

ETA, where did you get that hoovery thingy?

    what a fab pic weezl!

after being all calm i send the following txt to him:
I am extremly disappointed that you have decided not to take us on as tenants but feel that the way you have let us know to be cruel and heartless especially as you know the situation we are in. I am extremly upset that you can build a families hopes up and make them feel that everything is great only to make their world come crashing down and leave them homeless. it just seems so cruel that someone can do this.
    regards
i have still not recieved a reply! hope he feels as crap as i do and my smile has now disappeared:(
What's for you won't go past you
