It has went like this after each of the boys were born. He suddenly starts to work all the time to get more money, I hardly see him so spend more money. I feel like I'm all alone and so I'm cold towards him when he is here, he works more or makes excuses to go out (always to do very important things in his mind) and it ends up one big argument where we go round in circles. And he seems to think that everything will be better if I switch to formula feeding because Amber is small and not feeding enough. And because I'm such a stubborn cow I think 'know what, I don't care what he does he can go !!!! himself anyway' when really I want him to give me a big huge hug.
I know a hug from a random person online isn't the same but have one anyway: :grouphug:

I don't know how common it is but I have heard of other men who when the baby is born go into work mode because they think it is the best/easiest way for them to do soomething helpful.

All I can suggest is try either talking to him about it or writing a letter to him.

I found you on Facebook Button and you look fabulous

If you want to see a big bump, here's a pic of me at 32 weeks pregnant and I got bigger than this before she was born. It was a combination of polyhydramnious (too much amniotic fluid) and Charlotte was a big baby. She was 7lb 3oz even though she arrived 4 weeks early.

While I was in photobucket, I found the picture I took of one of Charlotte's Night Garden books, and it sounds pure filthy to me :o:rotfl:

Here I go again on my own....

    Hugs Tia :(

I wondered if there's something he needs (attention, hugs, time with you...) and is missing you and is withdrawing through hurt at not getting what he needs. If it's that, I guess he needs to hear that by withdrawing he is making it worse, because the lack of practical support leaves you with no time to be with him.

Maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree though!:o

I really hope you find a way to chat about it. It seems so rough that you're doing so much with a new baby... And everything else!;)
