I had my friends twins for 20 minutes while she had a shower the other day and it was pretty difficult! I could probably manage two, but three was a bit much!Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0

Tch! I think you'll find it varies by individual as to whether it's an issue at all at all!
I have given zero thought to any Christmas stuff at all yet, not even 100% sure where we will be on Christmas day, and so on. I know it will make life easier if I can start thinking... but gah!0

Imogen switched CBeebies on all by herself this morning! I put the TV on and wandered into the kitchen to pick up my coffee while the picture came on. I know it always comes on to BBC1 and hadn't decided if I was going to have 15 mins with BBC Breakfast while I had my coffee or indulge Imogen and let her watch CBeebies. Next thing she's pointing the remote at the TV going, "I'll put it on Mummy." I think I said, "That's not very likely," thinking how on earth would she manage that. When I arrive back in the room she's got comfy and is happily watching it! I asked her what she did and she just pointed at the 7 and the 1 on the remote and looked at me as if so say, "Durr!"
What on earth am I going to do with her as she grows up when she's running rings around me at 2?!
Glad all babies are doing well. Sorry I can't read back through but I'd be glad of SS's expertise for my shopping list! We've found a photographer who will take pics of Imogen, Alex and their 2 cousins and give us the DVD for £50, so that's the grandparents, aunts & uncles sorted. We both have really big families so the present list is massive.MSE Parent Club Member #1Yummy slummy mummy club member50% slummy, 50% mummy, 100% proudImogen born Boxing Day 2006Alex born 13 July 20090

            I wouldn't mind, but she's 2. 2!!! God help me going forward.
Yesterday she wedged her thumb in the gate across her bedroom door on purpose because I'd said she had to have a nap and she didn't want one. She just sat and sobbed so I went up to see what was wrong. I couldn't get it out by just pulling so went to find some Vaseline. Luckily that worked. I asked her if she'd done it on purpose and she just said yes.MSE Parent Club Member #1Yummy slummy mummy club member50% slummy, 50% mummy, 100% proudImogen born Boxing Day 2006Alex born 13 July 20090
