Em - What a witch + B. I don;t understand why some HV's are like that? They only seem to be interested in you the first few weeks then never get in contact again!
Loads of mines have left and I've been assigned to a new one but they never let me know. I sounded like a right moron when I phoned to ask for Liz and was told she left 6months ago!
Since I moved to the new practice, they've seen Keira when I brought her in for jabs, her 2 year check, 3 year check and jabs and thats it. I prefer it, can't be done with a nosey mare poking around.
Tell her to F off, or set evil cat on her0 -
i nearly made a complaint about her when i met her before weezl so i probably will this time, it will depend on her visit tomorrow. she will probably be a different person with OH there though! i think we will all be sat in the lounge with our shoes and jackets on waiting to go out, so could she hurry up please, and no offer of tea will be made whatsoever :whistle:Mummy to

I got Keiras haircut on the way home, I asked for a side fringe and they cut it like that but her fringe keeps putting itself straight so it looks a bit stupid and I'm really anal about these kinda things, so if it doesn't look better after it's been washed and had a few days to readjust, then she's going back to get a straight fringe. I just think straight fringes look awfully heavy or something. Anal!0

this might be an silly question, but how do you cook/puree a butternut squash?
is it as simple as peeling and cubing it then boiling it then sticking it in the blender? does it have any silly seeds?

cubing then boiling or roasting will be lovely em. There are silly seeds but if you scoop them out and spread them on a baking sheet drizzled with oil and sea salt until they go a little brown they make a gorgeous snack

I think so SM. How much is your butcher doing them for? one v :money:way to do it would be to cook in the SC (if you have one) then use the meat carved as a few meals and the stock to make a delicious pea and ham soup from marrowfat peas (very cheap) I think we got 13 meals worth for £2.30 once
