i do same as scruffy does button. i reheat Katies dinner, and if she refuses again she chooses between apple or an orange, or both. but i wouldnt let her eat a heavy meal now -- what time does she go to sleep at?

I couldn't do that with Alice - I've already had to place a limit on how much she's allowed. She said she was hungry this evening after she went to bed and was asking for porridge and apples.

Just now I caught her with the door open apprently playing in the doorway. I asked what she was doing and she said, "I cleaning my room." and proceeded to rub the door systematically with a handkerchief. I told her she had to stay in bed so now she is supposedly "cleaning" her bed although it sounds suspicously like the scope has been extended.

Anytime now she goes to bed. She's eaten about 2 spoons of rice. The issue is, she is so picky, that she never ever eats her main meals. I get a headache everyday just trying to make sure she has SOME food in her stomach.

She eats fruit, yoghurts, cereal, toast. That's her staples really. Anything that is in a sauce, pasta, mince, ANYTHING, she won't eat it. I don't know where we went wrong. She got fed a wide variety as a baby, I remember she used to toddle over to our plate stick her hands in our food and ram it into her mouth.

She just gradually started dropping things. She won't even eat junk (well apart from sweets!) I've even tried her with the likes of sausages, burgers, pizza etc. Nope! She won't even touch that.

GOOD LUCK CAZ, fingers and toes crossed for you, when will you find out ?? Will the kids still have to change schools, or is it close enough to where you are?

buttons, have you tried giving her a funny name to what she is eating ??? Jasmine was the fussiest eater ever known to walk the eart, she lived on ham sandwiches on white bread and that was it other than apples and banans and petit filous yougharts !!
We started by giving her toad in the hole, which she thought was hilarious !! Then moved on to mashed potato hedgehogs and slowly did things like that

its about a 10 min drive from where we are just now so the kids could still go to the same school! around the same distance from my work! am all excited now! this is it! its looks great!
