    No more kids here so I'll keep nomming the fish to my heart's content.
    I tend to have fish 3 times a week
    steak once a week and chicken the rest of the time (I don't really do meat free meals unless it's cereal :rolleyes:)

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I've had the tune from 'Timmy Time' rattling around my head all day and its driving me demented... I've even tried listening to other things but it keeps coming back!:eek:
