    I bought myself a new steamer today because my old (much used one) died.

    christened it with a gorgeous salmon fillet courtesy of the fish man who came today and veg!

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Mmmm I bought haddock today to have tomorrow with veggies and new potatoes in a spicy tomato sauce - I love fish :D

    It was gorgeous!

    The fish man comes round every Wednesday with the catch from the Tuesday night.
    It's so fresh it doesn't even smell of fish.
    I usually get a big fillet of salmon and a fillet of smoked cod.
    The smoked cod is for tomorrow's breakfast with scrambled eggs once the kids have gone to school.

    I love fish, I'd eat it every day if I could, but women of child bearing age shouldn't have more than two portions a week. I usually just wrap it in tinfoil with some herbs and lemon or lime juice then stick it in the oven for a bit.
    Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
