I love fish, I'd eat it every day if I could, but women of child bearing age shouldn't have more than two portions a week. I usually just wrap it in tinfoil with some herbs and lemon or lime juice then stick it in the oven for a bit.

I do eat a lot more fish since I discovered the fish man but it's at the most 3 times a week.
He beeps his horn when he comes up the street, I suggested he gets an icecream van chime that plays 'When the boat comes in!

It's the government guidelines, apparantly it's because of the amount of heavy metals fish absorb, it can affect unborn children, and I assume fertility and things. It was in one of my many diet leaflets.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Yeah what Ames said basically...(put so much better than mine), its funny though that basic recommendation for brain function is oily fish 3 times a week - typical conflicting advice
