    Morning!

I stayed up really late, completely lost track of time reading a good book (Watership Down, gripping even though I know what happens because of the film). Yet I've woken up feeling nice and refreshed! I've got the psychologist today, then blood tests, then the afternoon's free. I'm going to try and finish sorting through the paperwork, that I started doing a few weeks ago.

Moring Luc, Morning Ames. You two feeling good today, hope so.
Haven't read watership Down for years...might give it another try.
Currently reading ( amongst others ) 'Three Men in a Float, Across England at 15mph'.Three men buy an old milk float and travel from Lowestoft to Lands End, really funny but very thought provoking. ....and on special offer at Mr T too.

Morning Luc, Ames and Pepe :D

I am trying to read the lore of running properly at the moment - its hard going - not that I'm not enjoying it but its just finding the brain time to digest it properly (I've read lots of bits of it before but not the whole thing)!

Was naughty a bought a coffee this morning - yummmy :D
  • A nice morning, sunny and bright.

I will be out of the office on the road most of the day. Somebody actually pays me to go out and about in lovely countryside. Doesn't get any better.

Just had confirmation that I've got free accomodation in South of France next April so I'll be looking up cheap flights later. Boy, do I feel happy.

And we're almost half way through the week!

    Glass is definitely full today!!!

    morning all

I've just put Evie down for a nap (she was getting VERY grisly) and even though I need to dust and vacuum I thought I'd pop on here.

We're off swimming with waterbabies later this morning so I need to get a bit organised!

    Hope everyone's well.

Used to buy a coffee evry day...when I thought I had money!
Now I only do if I can get into a particular coffee shop at Kings Cross but I have to get there at about 3 minutes to 7 when he sort of opens ( and more importantly, the pastries are fresh out of the oven!) and he knows he has to be quick before the Bus Lane cameras get me at 7 o'clock..........but its worth it! Luckily I can only manage this about once a month .

Mmmmm my favourite coffee place is in Vincent Sq - the pastries are lush and there's a fruit and veg stall outside should you feel guilty afterwards ;)
