If its Easyjet then you can pay extra for speedyboarding then you get first dibs on the nice seats (the emergency exit row is great - more leg room! its in the middle of the plane). You can also let the staff know on check in you are a nervous flyer if its allocated seating and they should seat you on the edge of a row0

I think bach rescue remedy's supposed to be good for nerves like that, I've never tried it myself but I've only heard good stuff about it.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Thank you. :j It would be rude not to now.
Not sure if my back would cope with any more today - still suffering from putting up tents.0 -

I sympathise about putting up tents, at Leeds fest the wind kept ripping the pegs out of the ground and carrying the tent off when it was being put up! There were two festival workers nad sister doing it, then she had to go buy more pegs. we thought it was secure enough temporarily, there wasjust one corner without a peg, so I sat and held that one down. After about 10 minutes though it just got pulled off again, I was sitting clinging onto one corner of a big kite... Got there in the end though!Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

Ames - have to be careful with natural remedies cos of the pills I'm on, can't use some as they clash.
I do have a tablet I can take, but I know before it kicks in I will go mental if someone intrudes on my personal space severely (like someone who smells or is nosy or is grossly overweight and nicks part of my chair)
Becky - not on Easyjet, on evil Ryanair as they fly from Bournemouth and I'm half hour from there. OH did say about telling onboard staff as we get on that I'm a nervous flyer (it's not the flight, it's the people I'm worried about) so they might look after a bit more. Did say to him that if we told Ryanair I didn't want anyone next to me they'd tell us we'd need to book an extra seat and they've already scalped me tons (over £300)
My main worry is that I panic or have a panic attack or lash out. OH is used to me and can deal with me, so he's ok sat next to me (I won't sit on edge of a row, cos there's always some weirdo on the other side staring at you and I don't like that one bit!) My main thing is as above, that I know I'll panic if someone is too close or gets in my face, I know I'll lash out somehow and cause offense or hurt someone.
Oh, but the good bit of today was getting wolf-whistled! I'd forgotten about that til now!** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **
