If you get this, please pm me, this is most important, as I am complaining to ABTA about them.
They interpret Ramada T&Cs to mean only hotels in USA and Canada, but the wording is just the same as Daysinn, I am so annoyed as I feel this is misleading, but they seem to deal with claims how they like, its beginning to feel like hit and miss!!
The following quote means you can only claim if you live in usa or canada:
" Guarantee applies only to reservations made at the
Ramada.com web site or the Ramada toll-free number for
Ramada hotels in the United States and Canada. Guest must have a Ramada reservation confirmation number. "
The following quote means anyone can claim:
"Guarantee applies only to reservations made at the Daysinn.com web site or the Days Inn toll-free number for Days Inn hotels in the United States and Canada. Guest must have a Days Inn reservation confirmation number."
Confused ?? I am and that is why I am so cross with them!!ACII and Chartered so now I can focus on learning to play my beautiful Sax. 🎷0 -
Well now.... I have been emailed in the night from someone called Jessica saying she can't find my confirmation number. I replied with a pdf of the confirmation page (Which has the confirmation number on) which is actually a ramada hotel reservation. I will see what happens. If it doesn't work, I'll cancel and look at those terms and conditions. May just happen to book it from America. Bit rubbish I have to say that. Anyhow will let you know how I get on. She was pleasant to me in the email, so I sent 2 pleasant ones back. Let's see if she's pleasant enough to give it to me for free! Took me a good hour and a half to find a price that beat daysinn...!0

I did this a while back with london hotels (or similar). They said if you can book the same hotel cheaper they witll give you a certain % back (or similar). I found it cheaper and was given loads back so had 2 nights stay off oxford street in a 4 star Jury's inn for what worked out as £35/night instead of £110! There are lots of sites that do this
.
They didnt change their price a couple of weeks later so a friend did the same thing! lol!Being bored is so boring Im bored of it... :rotfl:0 -
No joy... same reason

I tried but got this reply, even though they were both double rooms in the names and had nothing mentioning sofa beds it seems a way out has been found for days inn not to honour their gurantee

Please be assured that we have thoroughly reviewed your inquiry. We were
able to locate the lower rate, however it states that it includes one double

bed. Viewing https://www.laterooms.com, they do not have the room type available
that you are booked into.
Book with confidence at DaysInn.com with the Guaranteed Best Available Rate.
Enjoy your stay at Days Inn.
