The 'my dog/cat walked on my keyboard and bid' always makes me laugh, or the child done it...

Saying that my cat has managed to bid for me. I'd typed in the amount and she walked over the return key:D

Best one i have at the mo is someone who's "mum has died" and is waiting for the insurance to pay out before she completes on the 99p item she has just bought. Then the shock has put her in hospital and can only email quickly as she is on patient line. Doesn't seem to have stopped her paying for anything else though !

    May £10 a day challenge
    £19.61/£310
    Ebay challenge...£12.61/£200
  • a little while ago i got one from a guy saying it was his wife who had bid on the item, but she had been killed the day before by a hit and run driver so no longer needed the item....

i was tempted to write back and ask why if he was so traumatised had he just bought, paid for, and left positive feedback for a 37" TV and a new car....

but i politely cancelled the transaction and said nothing :lipsrseal
