Your half Mb restriction has now gone but you are still not likely to get much above 2Mb as it is currently syncing at 2656kbps with only 4db noise margin.

only have 1 socket and there is a filter plugged in to it which my router and phone is inIs your router plugged into the master socket? Your attenuation is quite high, are you some distance from your local exchange or could it be caused by internal wiring? Is there any LLU presence on your exchange?
