    Well move isp then, do you have an 02 phone as you get half price BB, if no 02 phone then get a sim card (if possible) and put into a phone which works on 02 but check first as it might need unlocking and then use the phone say once a month and top it up with £5. Im sure this would work as my mate has 02 for an isp and he doesnt use his phone much but he tops it up say once a month and uses its now and then
