I was at Liverpool Cineworld on Monday and it was still being advertised. I do know that some Cineworlds were closed this week because of the inclement weather. Maybe that has something to do with it:confused:

You could try ringing your local Cineworld up to enquire. You should find their number on saynoto0870.co.uk

But that says the screening was on January 5th.

If you've had an email confirming that the screening is for next week, I would contact them to double check if I were you and also get them to confirm that you will be allowed in. Tell them that you received an email inviting you as a non member to apply for tickets which you did.

Hope it works out for you.

BTW I have checked the link in post 39 and it doesn't bring Sex n Drugs up. I had hoped it would be new screenings but sadly not (yet).

I'll need to check when I get home, in work just now.

Thanks for all your help Pooch

WHY do people do it? It's sooooo frustrating! Use your noggin people! I wouldn't mind, except I'm subscribed to the thread and so keep getting emails! I'm a newbie, but it's easy to follow the instructions! No excuse! Grrrrrr. Rant over.

I'm going to see Up in the Air tonight, and A Prophet tomorrow. Excited about both! I watched The Road last night - I had to pay, but it was worth it! Unlike Sherlock Holmes which the OH dragged me too last week (Orange Wednesday) - it was TERRIBLE!

Grr, how annoying - me and two friends tried to get in to the 'Up in the Air' screening at Odeon Norwich tonight and were turned away because it was too full.

There were at least ten others who also didn't get in. I was under the impression that SeeFilmFirst screenings were allocated to capacity and it says so in their terms and conditions. (Although admittedly it does say 'first come, first served' too .)

I was already having a bad day - my roof is leaking and my letting agents can't come and look at it till the weather improves and my football match was cancelled, and now this!! :(

Just back from Up In The Air. I felt totally let down, maybe were my expectations or maybe as we were saying the whole thing is based on someone who has no apprehentions in life and then..."falls" in love. I just didn't buy it. The acting was fairly mediocre with no risks whatsoever from any of the actors and the direction made obviously no effort 4/10
