I have been to only a few screenings and not to anything recently

my closest cinema is Preston, but I cna also get to Blackburn and Bolton which are two towns not too far....Manchester is too far to make the freebie worthwhile.....

anyone know of any recent showings in Preston?...

Knight and Day & the Tinkerbell film both had previews in Preston earlier this month.

Really? I was at FACT, we could have met up for a coffee. Hope you enjoyed the Museum, some fantastic stuff there isn't there? Did you see the Superlambanana on the ground floor?

Yeh, its a great place - especially cos it's free. Dont know about the superlambanana though. Was probably trying to steer the kids away from the 4 wierdos at the door who looked like they had just scored:( Would deffo recomend it though. With all the excitement of the day, I totally forgot about going to see Going the Distance. Am gutted now looking at all the good comments it's received.

Scott Pilgrim was probably (for me) the best film of the year (although strong competition from Inception & Toy Story 3) so far.

As always with Edgar Wright every little detail was superb from sound effects, music, editing to well everything.

Did anyone else get a free SP Vs TW beanie on arrival? Possibly the first time I've got a freebie that wasn't food or drink at a screening

Off to see it again on Thursday with free booze n' cheese. Hoo-and indeed-Rah!!!
    i hate you.. :p

i really need to watch this movie.. sigh

This email arrived a short while ago. It's possible that other dates may be rescheduled so keep an eye out for any more notifications.

Please note that due to circumstances beyond our control we have had to cancel the preview on Monday 23rd August.

The film is now opening on 10th September in the UK so we have rearranged this preview for 6th September at same time and location as you have tickets for.

Your ticket is still valid for the 6th September and the reminder email sent to you 24 hours before the screening will produce the ticket with the correct time/date.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you have any queries at all please email Luke at Help@showfilmfirst.com.

I have tickets for the Sunday at Dudley is is just this show that has been put off. I did E Mail show film first but have not had a reply.
