Hello
Does anyone have tickets for this film at any London cinema that they can no longer use please?
Thank you.

I came here to ask if anyone actually got into FACT to see Inception last night, glad to hear someone other than members did.
I got friends tickets to the FACT preview, first time they had agreed to go to 'an art house' cinema and they got turned away. My friend rang to tell me all about the chaos and said he and his wife got there around 6pm. They were given a pair of comps but they weren't happy bunnies. I feel so guilty that I got to see it elsewhere on Tuesday:o:(
As a matter of interest, which screen did they show it?
Pooch:cool:
They showed it in screen 2. From past experience where I was also turned away even with an email print out, I collected my tickets on Tuesday. On the day, members are allowed to collect right up until the start and they have priority over others.
I really like FACT, but they don't seem to be able to accommodate everyone, and you get scenes like last night.
Hope this helps....0 -
R.I.P.
One of the greatest orchestra conductors has died
SIR CHARLES MACKERRAS.
(Can't believe I was supposed to see him next year in two different concerts, how very sad!)Thanks to those who help us to win !0 -
Also got turned away from Liverpool screening, very annoying.0

Just a tip - Try and turn up at least 30 minutes before the screening. Turn up 5-15 minutes before it starts - don't be surprised if they turn you away. I've got a better tip for securing seats but I'm afraid I can leak that info (I'll be shooting myself in the foot).0

Got there at 6 and there was a queue! Not helped by another movie starting at same time and people getting confused about which queue was which. Got in about ten past six, bags were all checked, bouncers everywhere. We all had to do the mooching up of seats too and they didnt start the movie until every seat was filled. (6.55!!!!) Movie itself......didnt understand a word of it LOL
Was like watching the matrix, I got the basic idea but there were so many levels and layers and seemingly paradoxial ideas I came out with a headache from eyebrows frowning in concentration the whole time. Still, was a great one and I enjoyed the opportunity to see this on freebie. Thanks posters!DFW 228 LONG H 68

Thanks to Bondjamesbond & Synufc got to see Inception at Stratford, London. Awesome film & I didn't find it at all confusing (does that make me wierd?)
I got there about 6.20 & it was the first time I had seen a queue at the cinema that led far out of the door. Also the first time I experienced them asking for ID for free screening (they were so busy they let me in anyway)and first time I've seen them allocate seating.
Good thing though, they made sure the film didn't start till the screen was fullI think the 'busyness' may have been due to regular Orange Wednesday attendees + inception watchers.

I want DVDs (all editions: special; deluxe; limited; anniversary...), sequel(s), you name it.
The only other franchise I wanted to buy into as much as this one was Bourne.
I feel exactly the same0 -

They would have probably let you in anyway.0
