I am getting the following message when i go through sky, for Prince of Persia tickets;
Thank you for your interest in the latest Sky customer screening, available to Sky Movies customers.
Our records show that you don't currently subscribe to Sky Movies. Why not upgrade online today?
So it seems that this is only for Sky Movie customers.0 -

I don't have Sky Movies but it works for me. I suspect that's to tempt you to getting the movies package.
As far as I know, you need to be a Sky subscriber0 -
I tried and tried to get the sky tickets but couldn't get it to work, I know I've had problems doing it in the past but now I've read the posts on this thread I know it's not me being a numpty, I just can't have them anymore.0

A few months ago I noticed that when I received my Sky magazine there was no mention of the preview. For one month only Sky only put the info you needed in the Movies mag and as I no longer get Movies I would have lost out if the details hadn't been posted on the Internet.
I suspect that they will have received a few complaints and realised that it doesn't matter if the details are in the regular magazine or not, people will still be able to get the tickets.
Now it seems that you must subscribe to Sky to apply for the tickets now.:(0 -

I went to see this film this afternoon and it is quite possibly one of the best films I have seen for a long time.
Music has always played an important part in my life although I am not a musician. From owning my own record player at age 4 to listening to pirate radio stations from a very young age to owning and buying my own records to listening to Radio Luxembourg when you coukd hear it over the interference crackles that is! My first real boyfriend was a musician who entranced me when playing the guitar or piano, I went to my first live concert when I was 13 and still go to concerts regularly and although I don't listen to the radio as often as I would like, I still buy CD's and listen to radio via Sky from time to time.
We take it for granted that music is there to listen to whenever we want and there are so many ways to hear it besides downloads, CDs and the radio. Adverts and programmes on television, soundtracks of films, musical theatre, orchestras, the Opera, the Ballet, singers and bands in a pub and of course dancing to music in clubs. I can't imagine what life would be like without music and I'm sure that those who play instruments can't either.
However, this film/documentary shows that the unthinkable is an actual reality in Iran. The title "No One Knows About Persian Cats" refers to an Iranian law that requires dogs and cats to remain indoors. Similar constraints drive the country's music scene far underground, into barns and basements and rooms soundproofed with blankets, where young musicians ply their trade despite the ever-looming threat of arrest usually because somebody; neighbours, parents who disapprove or possibly a young child ring the police. A few have permits, most don't. But the talented, intrepid rockers inhabiting this film about Tehran's furtive indie scene have the same dreams that drive performers everywhere. Knowing that if caught they risk lashes and probably prison. These punishments apply equally to those poor unfortunates who are caught owning Western films on DVD too!
The film follows real musicians in their quest to get passports and visas on the black market so they can travel to and play a concert in London.
There are some grim moments, some heart-breaking moments but there is also a great deal of humour; the counterfeiter who explains why the price of oil affects his steep fees! There is also a fantastic soundtrack which showcases their talent.
If you enjoy music in any form I urge you to see this wonderful film. It is truly memorable and I know that the next time I am in a shop or walking through a shopping precinct singing along to the music being played, I will think back to this film and be thankful that I live in a country which allows me and all of us this freedom and more.
Fingers crossed that Persian Cats gets the recognition it deserves come the awards season.
You can read up on the film at IMDB and you can read some reviews there too.
