  • Thanks Red i have been doing ww but on fri and sat i have near enough 30pts and the rest of the week 18 i lose about half to a pound a week but that is enough for me as i want a life to!!!xx
  • When I did WW, and I am on my way back there once I find the money to do so, I ate what I liked after weigh in as a treat. That worked for me!

However, and this may seem like an excuse, it is expensive to eat 'good' food. Right now we are in a poor state re cupboards and freezer and when I get some cash flow I will really menu plan and try to eat well and cheap - LOL
