    Hi BTD

Have you paid this fine yet?

If you haven't go to www.pepipoo.com and see if they can help.

DH and I both had our parking tickets cleared (mine was dodgy anyway but DH did deserve his) with their help.

  • Morning all:). Pot/envelope system going well what i intend to do is that if ds does not have swimming/football or has a day off school for any reason hence no need for dinner money i would move taht money to fun days out fund. Would you do that or would you just think thats less fr next weeks envelopes to find? I am interested in your thoughts please.:D
I do realise i could pay off debts but i feel as long as my debts are decreasing and being paid and no more being taken out that i want to include treats???:)
Any advice to anyone dealing with creditors on an arrangement to pay or a change in pay date such as d debit is get the name and brief conversation time and date and log it. I wont go into the full story but i do this all the time and luckily it came in handy yest when tesco loans rang and demanded i pay £600 and broke an agreement of a pay date.:eek: Needed a glass os wine after i can tell you!!!:o
Ds had a friend to play yest and it was all free as i used godies from cupboard and freezer:T.
Also using freezer stuff so i can start buying bits for christmas.
See you soon nice talking to you:rotfl:.

  • You are on a DMP now aren't you honey? So therefore I think you need to build in 'treat money' because I am sure you haven't allowed for alot of 'extra's' in your payment plan.

My aunt is on DMP too and she says, while it is great to have no more calls, threatening letters etc, her budget is uber tight and that she finds it difficult to factor in 'events' and 'treats', which is what we need from time to time to keep on this track!

You sound happy and that makes me smile!

  • Thanks Red i am on dmp hubby not (yet) who knows, i figure that even though we dont want new credit in the future one of the cars may go to car heaven:o and one of us need some kind f credit rating. So dmp eased about a third of our money stress and shot my credit file to bits but who knows what will happen in the future credit files may become obsolete? and i would rather be in a situ where i save for stuff its only large purchases like cars that bother me.:o
Just been to yours you make me smile to.x
  • Yeah I worry about my car too - I lease it (which is most economical for me since I do huge mileage) and it runs out in Feb 2012 - what if they refuse me another agreement but sure thats for 2012!
