Hi Red!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am so peeved today i had 2 x d/d's ret to me as no funds this is a first i feel ucky! I can pay them tom as we et paid but to close for comfort!! I dont know how i will fare with charges they went out then came back!!
I am hopping over to you now.x0 -
You will be charged by bank I think and if it is the first time - call the bank tomorrow (or when charges appear on account) and you should get a refund. My bank, A&L will charge £25 for each one, they would also charge for paying one that puts you overdrawn!
As for who they were going to - I have NEVER been charged by anyone for bounced dd except CC and that was the £12 late payment fee. So you should be ok there.
They might re- present them to bank in a few days, which they are not supposed to do without letting you know but it has happened to me without being told so just be careful money is available in bank
Its pants........and it is very good that it is a first for you...........its happened to me LOADS before LBM, but then you have read my rantings about fee's to A&L. In fact this is the first month I have no charges from themLBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

I think you will be able to 'smooth talk' them hun, especially when they are used to chancers like me who didn't have money for most payments most months!LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

Hi BTD, how's the diet going? Mine's gone off the rails a bit this week as I'm on holiday (from work - I'm not on a nice beach somewhere )
Could you arrange your DD's for a later day in the month? Or is DH paid on different days?
Hope you can manage to sweet talk the bank. If it's a first offense, you might be ok0 -
I would honestly ring the bank up and see if you can get the money back. I did this with A&L recently and they did waive the charges - worth a shot I think?1st debt - Next [STRIKE]£583.32[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£408.71 [/STRIKE] £0 :j
