    It IS amazing! The Foodswap section is good too. You can put in your own recipes and it works out cals and fat per portion!
    Plus it really does motivate you to exercise (even s.e.x has a value! :D) by showing the number of calories burnt.
    If you're going out, you can set a certain day as an easy day and it will allocate you more cals for that day and reduce the number over the other days.

    Plus you can put in your measurements as well as weight and it will track it as a barchart and BMI chart (right I'll shut up now :o)

    Waiting for plumber!:(. I have got sw books now and i am lending ww ones from friend to see which i prefer! I liked sw as always something to eat but like ww as i can use points on what i liked??
    Pro's and cons anyone? Also getting on with cal counting :o.
    Money wise, boiler wont help. Had tesco loan statement paid off £2k since Sept:):):):).x

    Never did SW but did well on WW - I try to do it myself but think I need the ritual humiliation of being weighed and flogged in public :)

    I enjoy the points thing cuz then when I need to pig out, I can pay back (never ever saved points, always paying back which is not in the rules)

    Well after much deliberation i have signed up to nutracheck as i lost 4 stone calorie counting before do fingers crossed!
    Plumber from lloyds bank insurance came today new circuit board ordered bish bash bosh job done no spends!!
    £55 refund from abbeyinsurance ? dont know why but not complaining!!!xxxxxx

    Ok whats your goal? whats the plan? are you doing it for something special or is it another LBM
    I had mine recently only a mini goal 7lbs lost one last week so 6 to go, I have lost a stone very slowly over the last year but I would like this bit to go a bit faster.

    Hi not for an event just beacuae i look in the mirroe and its not me!!! I am shocked what i see so a lbm i suppose. Last year i was so consumed by lbm of debt weight was the last thing on my mind! Time to take action!!!!!
    I also think that money wise calorie counting fits in.xxxx
