    Thanks all for all your good comments. I checked out nutrcheck i do calorie counting now and i was surprised as i could have more cals than i allow but i think i even it out on weekends:).
    I hae done both sw and ww. I think its not the food but the wine!:rotfl:
    i will be cutting this right right down! And keeping on with my walking!
    Paid 6 of my cc's today depressing isnt it! Cant belive i hve been so careless but i m not going to focus on that just getting rid of them! I have changed so much now though i am confident that once its gone its gone for good!!!:A
    Another weekend at seaside planned my mil and fil's an free again, we take all food with us but do have a bag of chips one night and cook something to go with it! I feel so lucky that even with all this debt we still get holidays i do appreciate it!!.x
    Day off today i have done jobs so just on comp all day now:):).

    As for wine - stay away, it's the Devil's food when trying to lose weight - Gin and Slim from now on ;)

    Surprisingly it is very sweet - must be full of that fake sugar! It was the most sickly stuff I ever tasted - threw the entire bottle down the sink.

    Maybe thats it - make it rank and no-one will drink it - therefore no points!
