Hi all just got back from a lovely weekend at the seaside! Treated it as a mini hol and had breakfast out and chips by the sea icecream etc! The whole weekend cost us £60 all food out and shopping for caravan so not bad!
Usually its all food in van when we go so it was a real treat!

One of the good things about MS is that you really enjoy simple treats instead of taking them for granted.LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.

Does anyone here do slimming world i was thinking of joining to get books or i have some friends that may want to part with them for free from when they went??
I was wondering does it fit in with money saving of does grocery bill go up?x0 -
I don't do SW but I do weightwatchers instead. I would say that with careful planning it doesn't make your grocery bill go up. After all, I am not spending on masses of chocolate, so what I spend on additional fresh, healthy stuff, is offset by my savings on chocolate and other crap!
Obviously, you can get carried away, but be sensible and you should be no worse off, financially, even allowing for the weekly fee if you choose to go to the meetings!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. I've done SW and it is good, but prefer to be in control of it myself. The weekly weigh and shame doesn't work for me.
At the moment I'm on Nutracheck. It's an online one and so far is very good.
It motivates you to exercise, drink water and eat your 5 a day. There is a free 5 day trial and after that various packages - all of which are cheaper than either WW or SW @ around £5.99 per month.
Good luck with it whatever you decide!0
