Ooh, BTD I DESPERATELY need to give up Diet Coke (and the full-fat version). It's bad for me in every way, shape and form. I didn't have any yesterday so I will count that as CFD1 (Coke Free Day 1), and work from thereon in. Please help!

  • Hi Pickle and skint. I suffer with awful mood swings and after much research diet cole is the culprit! I have been drinking cans of the stuff for about 20 years!!! And i dont let ds have it so i should really practice what i preach!
Have a diet free savings pot and put the money in there instead! I do allow myself one if i go for lunch!
I have had a day at home today and i am so motivated from reading all your diaries!!!
  • Spent £30.50 on avon yesterday:eek: but i bought some half price sun cream x 2 one for ds and one for us, usually £10 each reduced to £5 each!!!! :D
Also i really needed an eyeliner and i bought 2x 500ml shower gel for £1.80 each so cheaper than tesco's!;) And a water bottle ready for our summer bike rides cheap at three pounds £2 cheaper than tesco ,:)and some bronzing balls the most expensive item at £8 but i miss theese and in the :TThere is a method in my madness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    :money:
  • oh ohhhhhhhh Avon is my biggest downfall aswell but it sounds like you actually needed the things you bought whereas I bought random items just cos they are cheap!
