Does anyone know how long a cheque takes to clear from Welcome? I banked it on Christmas Eve in natwest and it still hasnt cleared today0

this is your third working day as it was bank holiday on mon so if it does nt clear today may have to wait till 3rd or 4th:eek:0

I paid a cheque into my account with the same bank on the same day and it cleared yesterday although admittedly it wasnt as large!! Thats why I was wondering0 -

Just a quick update, received final response from Welcome and they have offered full refund of PPI insurance,just waiting for cheque. Followed Martin's advice, started claim october 26th 2009 recieved final letter 23rd january. Everyone outthere keep trying and together we will stop big companies doing this!!
