  • Just a quick update here. Our cheque has been confirmed as in the post as of the 2nd Dec. 2nd class but should be with us in a few days. So safe to say when they confirm 7 working days to issue. They usually seem to do so. A quick call to the complaints team will tell you if they have added a note to say ppi claim in post.

Have you received your cheque now?
Im sure they would have received the reply on November 27th which was a Friday so 7 working days from then would be Tuesday 8th so Im hoping we will receive the cheque by the end of the week
  • Our cheque arrived on the 7th Dec. Paid straight into our account and will be ready by the 9th Dec. The co-op are generally quick with cheques.

You can call them at anytime on the number supplied on the letter. They will read the letter to you which should say something like. Please find cheque enclosed(blah, blah, blah. And they will also advise of the posting date.

Probably Friday I would guess. They received our acceptance on the 25th Nov. And added it to the system the following day, so count your days from the day after they would have received it.
