 Right back at you Dusty xx

Hiya tootles - it's great to have you back. Hope you had a good holiday. Stripes is doing well after her escapade of drinking half the sea on holiday!! She's just got a bandage on now and that comes off on Friday. Then she can have longer walks etc but has to stay on the lead for a bit longer. I'm borrowing a dog to go on longer walks. Hug to you xx

Wilf - I missed the piccie so will have to go back and look. I'm blaming you for us moving rooms around. You got me thinking about what I want to change in the house and that's why we're changing rooms round. Saying that, it is going to be much better so I might just forgive you!!! Hope your plans are going well.

So far today i've just walked dogs, emptied dishwasher and been to the hospice. Now I need to send a gift voucher out, re-design a compliments slip and do some postal banking. Then i'm going to do today's and yesterday's list.

LL - glad the scan is over for you and everything crossed here for the results you want xxxx

I'm trying to convince myself that I prefer fruit to chocolate.....it's difficult though. I am going to lose a stone by christmas. Hopefully sooner but I've just got to.

Hugs Rosepink - 2lb loss is great. I think dusty and tootles advice is spot on as difficult as it wll be. You can do it....I have faith in you hun xx

Dh is cleaning the living room and I am trying to list on ebay again. It is ages since I last tried and I have forgotten everything. I am going to go and look on the ebay forum. My plan is tolist loads of bras, 4 I have never worn and some Monsoon clothes. I haven't forgotten the tips to sell well worn items!!

Hugs and more hugs rosepink. You sound like you need loads of hugs today. Don't worry too much as DH and I are still together after 25 years and he is unable to express his emotions (I too have researched such and it may be a form of autism) and I crave affection or shrug it off. Trusting in what you are reading too will help.

Wilf - Yes I did see your photos - when did you break into my house and take them ;-) I removed the pile of Ex's stuff to his new place. He had a face like thunder and said he didn't want me to drop anything else off as his room is looking a tip. Err yes it's made my house look a tip too....... Next drop off will be about 20 canvases that he has painted. His problem not mine.... He lives about 4 doors down from a charity shop so he can declutter through his own stuff.

I've still lots to take to the charity shop but need to spend a bit more time sorting my car out. I've cleaned the outside, fixed the front passenger seatbelt which hasn't worked for about 3 months. Don't worry the only person who has sat in that seat is the Ex ;-)

Unfortunately the Drain inspectors are blocking my parking space so I can't give it a good Dyson but I can remove the larger debris and clean the windows. DS's one-to-one teaching assistants must be regularly horrified by my mobile skip so i'm trying to get into a regular habit of paying the car some attention. Perhaps we should add it to a flying day?

Hugs to those that need them - I've lost 1.5 stone since deciding to dump the EX. Indeed I've lost loads of weight, loads of crap from my house and had my long hair cut short.

Oh what time tonight do I need to stop drinking / eating if I have a fasting blood test tomorrow. Having my B12 levels checked but can't for the life of me remember..... Thank you...

Pretz - Sounds a traumatic day for you, I hope it gets better soon. I give up trying to explain about my DS's differences to so called professionals. I actually had one A&E nurse come back 10 mins after me explaining he was autistic and say what did you say was wrong with your son. Is he !!!!!!:?? Nice eh...

Yay another bit of the family room sorted - the box on my desk that just leaves a basket of various paperwork items on the floor and Nan's photos for the album once I've fixed it. So excited that it will be done this week.

Sorry you haven't all got the wonderful September day that I'm enjoyed but I am making the most of it for you all.

The DoDo should be back any minutes; he'll be exhausted after working in the sun.

Toots - you are so wonderful with words xx
