It is a nice cycle to town, not too far and not too hilly so no excuses, limits what I can spend too! Waitrose do a service where you can hire a trailer for the back of your bike to take your shopping home but I need to get fitter before I try that!
Going to sit in the sun to top up my Vit D levels for 20 minutes and then advance warning of a

embb I would be inclined to agree with your OH - if you start backing down on your price then she will always be a problem and when you try to up your prices in the future she will try it on again IMHO. I would stick to your guns angel - this is a business and you have to get hard (well not so soft!!!) I will let you of with the utility room swap this week since I am on hols but you did that before if I remember right to avoid the ironing ............:rotfl:
rosepink for starters I think if you could join a weight loss club you would get out more, you would meet new people (with the same problem) and hopefully lose weight too! If you lost weight you might feel happier about yourself and more able to cope with life in general.
I know men in general find it hrd to express themselves and their feelings so your Dh is not alone there so stop looking for trouble and getting yourselves more stressed. Its actually good that he was able to cry as it releases a lot of pent up feelings. I am sure if DH saw you happier it would rub off on him. Dusty gave excellent advice - you need to talk to someone face to face - we are not councellors and this is not the place - we can support you but you seriously need to get things started that will help you like yourself and feel more confident. You can do it if you put your mind to it - go out and get advice/help - ask at the surgery or your support worker and make a decision to to improve your life - you cant go on yo-yoing like this - you and DH will part if you do and thats not what you want. You have done well losing 2 pounds but with the right help and motivation you could lose much more and then you could be feeling so much happier with yourself. Sorry for being brutal (hugs)
Blimus (((hugs)) hope the nintendo turns up and you manage to salvage some of the food
achtunglady you are doing well - juggling children and partners is never easy
AnW'sMum me? moi? as if!!!!:rotfl:
more hugs G&B - it will take time but glad you are feeling a bit better - did the marathon decorating get done?
catch you all later
toots xxPeace will be mine
could do better - must try harder
