I think blondie means tha estate agents report. I am not aware of any such facility on RM

My Estate Agents sends me the 'Rightmove Report' which is an email detailing the number of hits on Rightmove and comparing it to the EA's mean for that area. Hang on, I'll see if I can copy and paste from the last one he forwarded to me...

Anyway, what you get is a table of hits and conversion rates on rightmove for the last 7 days and for the last 14 days (according to the blurb: "The conversion rate between search result appearances and further details of your property being viewed - a good indication of the level of interest in your property from Rightmove.co.uk users.")

The figures are given both for your property and the EA branch average number of hits and conversions.

I've found it useful info, and I went further and asked my EA for a comparison of my report with another similar property in the same area (that they were also selling) so I got a like-for-like comparison rather than just the more general one.

Ask your EA to forward this to you for your property, as far as I know Rightmove just email these reports out automatically to the estate agents every 2 weeks.

Good luck, I hope they fall in love with your house at first sight an immediately offer you the full asking....

Good luck from me also. I had my first viewing just over a week ago - feedback was that they loved the house and wanted the home report but still waiting to hear further. The trouble is when you have waited so long for a viewing, if it is positive you are on tenderhooks until you hear either way. Just remember (she says not heeding her own advice) it is only the first viewing.
