Thankskelly she is indeed a friend, school together, lived next door toone another for years and still one of my closest friends. Im glad that people can assume im the '3rd party' in this, i can assure you you couldnt be further from the truth0 -
I'd suggest doing things that annoy the old man but they tend to put up with it and still be a drag around the house.
I guess she can be the proactive one and think of herself and the kids, if the kids prefer her to him, then they will choose her over him to live with if they do split.
In the short term it will be tough all round if they split but if he wants to be with the kids then he needs to act like a decent father rather than be a liability all round. If is having problems then they need to be addressed. Being a parent is not an automatic right to keeping the kids - being a decent parent requires a lot of hard work, understanding and patience to each other.
No matter how nice the home is, if you have a horrible house member, it is hell.An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.0 -
