Another one here expecting a phone call any time now although nothing as yet back on my card and the status on tracking is still showing as 'At Warehouse dispatching soon'
Will also be mentioning speaking to trading standards about it when the call comes through.

Well I got my call 15 mins ago.Have asked customer services to send letter explaining why it is cancelled [was surprised c.s.gave me his surname] so I can forward to trading standards.Doubt its winnable but I will see if anyone else tries and suceeds before I start all this hassle.0

You're wasting your time chasing after this as per the T&C's.
The best you could hope for is a GOGW offer.
The only way I could see anyone gaining by going down the MCOL route is that it would cost more for them to defend than what it would cost to settle - so possibly an option, but also a risk.
