I got the same email. Have they taken your points or let you keep them?:eek:boufje wrote:tried to sign up and got this email in response
We notice, from your clubcard records, that you have been using each of our bonus point vouchers on more than one occassion. I would like to remind you of the terms and conditions of these offers which are specified on the voucher and are as follows: 'The Clubcard voucher may be used on one individual occasion by each Clubcard customer for one transaction only.' I hope that you will continue to enjoy future offers while adhering to these conditions.0 -
I spent my points today in fear of them taking any away (had already spent £20). I cheekily asked if I could use my 200 points coupon when paying with my points (I had seen another people had done this) and the lady said she would see if it scanned, which of course it did!! Ironic really as I had gone in with the intention of using all my points and not using any more vouchers!!:T Benjamin has won!!! Am soooo proud. Thank you to everyone who agreed my baby was the cutiest. Want to go round and hug everyone who voted, it means so much to me!:A0

My last transaction a week or so ago showed over £27 on my clubcard. I tried to pay for a book with it in York on Sunday, and the girl said I had only £5 on it. Where have my points gone? The receipt said points totals unavailable.0

Sometimes (and it usually appears to happen on a Sunday), the points system seems to go down (for maintenance, perhaps ??) and your till receipt can't give you a balance.
I've had this happen to me a few times in the past, but the next day (once the system was back up and running) all my points were there.
I'm going up town tomorrow so I'll check my balance and see what it says. I should have just over £10 worth of points on my card, so I will post here if it is any different.
Fingers crossed.

In response to beautifulgorgeous' query - I am not sure what happened to my point balance as I "spent" the points I had acquired for fear of losing them - which seems to be the advice given on this thread..0

Thats correct, when the clubcard server is down the balance defaults to £5, the checkout operator should have noticed this. She should have not allowed you to spend £5 on your clubcard, as its quite likely that this will not come off your balance.
Was it £5.00 or £5.ish?. If it was £5 exactly then its the server, if it was like £5.87 then you have probably had your points taken away.

She said I only had £5 on the card, but I paid cash in the end till I get it checked. Thanks for the advice.0

The vouchers relating to this thread expired on the 18th May.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -

You may use this one, valid for a long time.

Strickly speaking, you can only use it once per clubcard, but just go to a different person and the points will be added fine.0
