I got a call today to say that my TWO 37in are being delivered tomorrow !!
explained only wanted one re discount etc, so they are bringing the last one to come in which was today as they feel it was the later order that would have the discount. They would not open the dispatch notice to check. Well will have to see what happens tomorrow.

I called this morning about my cancelled order.
They said there was a problem with my card.....never been a problem before or for anywhere else these past few weeks.
Anyway after a lot of polite persuasion and what seemed like a stonewall no, the very nice lady spoke to her team leader and they agreed to give me one at the discounted price.
Very happy now but not counting my chickens yet.....will see if it eventually arrives.

Injk, I don't know how you can control yourself

I am just waiting for the delivery now and Ill have it out the box straight away. I am more likely to be able to set it up than hubby anyway.

I called today and they said no order has went through as it was sold out yesterday but they have taken my money and sent me an email confirmin they have taken my money.
Does anyone know where i stand on this?
Can i demand some sort of goods in return and has a contract been formed?

Thats awful binz. I really don't know the answer. Why not ask that question in another section of the forums, I'm sure somebody will know.

My 37in TV/DVD package arrived yesterday. Great picture on freeview and sky but grainy on analogue. Thats only to be expected and I don't think it will be used. Not sure everying is set up correctly yet (mainly DVD) but I was worn out yesterday fiddling with it.

The right one arrived with the correct discount.

After a few phonecalls and a lot of pleading my case the manageress tried to work out an alternative with me so at the moment they've put through the same package but without the H/C system.
Got an email saying its ready to be dispatched but again im not holding my breath.
There was only two left when it was put through yesterday so im keeping my fingers crossed that ill actually get it.
