Been in the sale for about a week now so im suprised its not been snapped up quickly.

Im absolutely raging.
Just called up to see when my order that i placed on 9th would be delivered and i was informed the credit department had cancelled it.
I put this order through on my debit card so see no reason why it should be cancelled.
The tv package is now out of stock.

I placed my order on the 10th and added it to my account with them, thay have confirmed it has been dispatched. Maybe it is better to add to account and then pay it off straight away in future, that is if you are not too put off. They tend to mess up a lot but they also have some top bargains.

Did they call you to arrange delivery?
I have a block on withheld numbers so if they did call and couldnt get through then maybe thats why they cancelled.
Hope i can get it sorted tomorrow but as its out of stock i very much doubt it.

I did have a witheld number on friday but as far as I know they haven't rang me. But the automated enquiry line says it is in transit and will be delivered in before 5 working days. The lines are open till 10pm every day you could always give them a ring, the items are in stock at full price, although our deal is not showing, but they have the same telly so maybe you can strike a deal with them if they are the ones to blame, worth a try...good luck

Its still showing in My Account area but i called to see if they had a date for delivery but i got told the credit dept cancelled my order and they are closed till tomorrow.
Hopefully it was thier mistake and we can resolve it but im not feeling very confident about it.
I did place an order and applied for credit but didnt get enough of a limit so i called and cancelled then placed my order again by debit card online about 10 mins later.
Maybe they cancelled this one by mistake.
Guess ill find out when i phone tomorrow.
Ill let you know the outcome.
