And of course being categorised in another thread as a "yummy mummy" is patronising and sexist, it's also pathetic and cowardly to say that in a thread I wasn't active in.
Julie. I have swithered and dithered about answering this.
I was just going to go for a straightforward pastiche of patronising and sexist excerpts from your posts. I decided against it. Conscienta mille testes.
However, on with the apology and I am going to swallow my reservations and apologise.
If you found my saying you were a "yummy mummy" patronising and sexist, then I wholeheartedly apologise.
On here, it is all to easy to forget that some of us are more sensitive than others and can take offence where none was meant to be given. I have misread you and I will be more careful of your feelings in future.
As for my being pathetic and cowardly, you are, as always, entitled to your opinion.Retail is the only therapy that works0 -

That is so cool!
Sadly, I am not unique - obviously, Abuse decided that julie's references to 'rape', and my quoting of it, were not quite 'on'.
Hence julie's post here, further up the thread:

has also been edited.
So presumably you're going to make the same really pointless accusations at julie now, Harry?
Or you could get a life. :eek:0 -
Actually, I quite like julie.
She's quite entertaining.
Talks garbage, but she's a heap of fun.0 -
Nice one Carol, Harry, you got owned, now go stand at the back of the class.:D
Might as well create BonnyNonny, log in, say "carolt you smell" and get ppr'd straight away. Would save a lot of effort.
edit: er, I didn't mean Aqualung btw.0 -
...............
Oh, and I'm a lot funnier than Mewbie too.
I'll take your word for that then julie.
Because, of course, you're always right; even though self - praise is no praise.
I look forward to YOUR definitive analysis of the state of the American economy.
(Notice I didn't use any big words or complicated sentence structure there. But I did use a semi-colon. Aren't I clever?)"The problem with quotes on the internet is that you never know whether they are genuine or not" -
