We really need a better class of bear.
To be fair, one of them was recently banned, and others in the past have been hounded off this board.
Your retort above, urging one of the most erudite posters out there to "educate" themselves by reading moneyweek, of all things, is laughable.
I thought the retort was pretty good. Does erudite mean someone who is convinced they know the Truth? Opinion, that's all.

Nah, the word for someone who is convinced they know the truth is deluded.

    .

Hounded icon7.gif nothing to do with house prices increasing since February ;)

Yes, thats the trouble with intransigent positions......

Doesn't leave much wiggle room when they are proved so decisively wrong.;)

No. I mean hounded, for having the 'wrong' view. I mean groups of posters making personal attacks EVERY time the poster(s) tried to post. And then saying "oh so and so can't take a joke", that kind of thing. I mean the most basic playground nasty behaviour.

    That's what I mean Stevie.

Yup I have experienced all that pathetic immature nonsense first hand from some of the more bitter and twisted bulls. It seems paying down debt and savings are a threat to them. All very sad really.

Don't forget julieq is a frustrated wannabe BTLer.

And therefore, by definition, a debt junkie.

From experience here I can honestly say that debt-junkies are the worst. Always trying to get their fix, dodging their liabilities, constantly living on the never-never.
