Hi stormywaters,

Yes certainly do send me a PM after 16:30 - I will look forward to receiving it. To be honest, the speed you receive on your line is based on different factors like the distance from the exchange and the route the wiring takes from the exchange to your premises. I understand from your inital post that you were advised your area would receive a speed of 6mbps. What may have happened is that you have provided your postcode and the information supplied to you was an estimate of that specific area covered by the postcode. As I mentioned above however, speeds are achieved on a line to line basis and the factors above determine the actual speed you will receive.
