All this meeting people off the internet is kinda weird. As is getting upset by perceived attacks and all that stuff.
To me a forum is just a lot of words and letters on a screen. I suppose there are people behind them, but I never really think about them. I respond to alphanumerical impressions on a keyboard, transformed into rays of light by my computer's monitor.
If people can get offended by words on a screen typed by a disembodied entity, they are far too sensitive.
do it again ????????Please take the time to have a look around my Daughter's website www.daisypalmertrust.co.uk

I was at the Doctor's the other day .... and I think there were 2-3 moments at which point I was supposed to pick up the prescription and leave. Then (as I now know I don't see body language and everybody else does) I asked "Am I supposed to leave now?" ... took the Dr by surprise that did.
She'd concluded our business, handed out a prescription, I was still there; turned her back on me, used her tone of voice and I was still there.... looking back on it, there were quite a few signs, that I never noticed until I spotted that I had probably missed my went ... and checked by actually black/white asking.
She hadn't told me "You can go now, goodbye", so I had no idea we were finished.0 -
