    There are many worst bits. How about spending an entire lifetime having !!!!!! experiences everywhere you go, everything you do, with everybody etc etc .... and picking yourself up all the time and soldiering on .... never even knowing there was a problem and "it was you" all along. Now I know, it's amazing I got this far. Most would have given up years ago, but I didn't know there was anything wrong, so I just kept trying new things all the time. Now I know it's me :)

    That shows impeccable judgement on their part.

    I was once approached by a (western beggar) on the streets of Bangkok. He asked me for my hard-earned cash. I refused and pointed to the bottle of beer in his hand, quizzically.

    He stormed off, but not before calling me "a vicious mean-spirited c word".

    Which, i must admit, seemed a remarkably astute observation based on such a brief acquaintance.
