    (I used to too ;)).

    I saw a nice sports car today that was a nisan. I've never noticed them before. Still, out of the market for sports cars now. Our next car (:D the new old car arrives next week, so the next, next car) is going to be eco something nice looking for when the new-old car isn't needed, nd that one will be dog-hair free for going out in.

    It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
