Mine was cancelled after 4 days. I dont think they even tried to get supplies of this DVD box set.

Their terms and conditions state:
Our policy is to cancel orders if we have been unable to supply books within 60 days, or any other items within 45 days, with the exception of products that have not yet been released or that are reported as reprinting.

If you notice, it is WITHIN 45 days. And 4 days is definitely "within" 45 days.

but they use the past tense "if we have been unable", so the 45 days must have passed before they cancel it

Yep - I had two of them in my basket but couldn't get past the confirm order page. Tried a couple of times and then it disappeared. Have emailed them and will post again if they get back to me with good news.
