When even the most bearish of perma-pessimists are buying, you know it's all over.....:rotfl:

I have a few problems with this Private Frazer.

    1. Mick Dundee joined HPC last December. Are you sure 'perma-pessimist' is the right description?

    2. A few minutes ago there were 609 browsers on the main HPC forum. MSE's house buying forum had 117.

    3. One stray sheep in a flock of 609 is equivalent to 0.16%.

    4. I don't know if you noticed but Mick Dundee is actually selling a house for £225,500 and buying one for £177,500. In the bull/bear classification system, trading down is the close cousin fo 'sell to rent'.

    Eh?

Just because 609 browsers are on HPC means they all think the same? or rather think a HPC is imminent and buying a property is being "a stray sheep"?

    Strange logic...

Chucky you can be a nuisance sometimes and are definitely not everyones cup of tea but hats off to you for that one, mewbieesque.

i don't want to be like mewbie, he always seems angry at the moment ;)
No Brit, all the prominent bulls got banned..... for being right.

Almost everything I predicted has happened.

How are your predictions going? Let's start with the one where we'd see a 50% crash by X-mas 09. Hows that one going?:rotfl:

to be fair to Hamish compared to Brit - he has been much more succesful in his predictions than our Brit.

    he's actually been around since Jan 2009 - that's 8 months

he called that house prices would start rising from February - he's predicted that one extremely well, actaully spot on!
i don't agree with everything he says but he was 100% right there...

but as for the 50% drops by Christmas 2009 prediction - all i can say is LMAO!!!!

    mewbie read this again

So he 'predicted' in January that the following month would see a rise? Wow a seer is born.

But wait a minute. Didn't he predict rises for several years over on HPC until they threw him off?

Still if he's your hero - carry on mate. It's good that someone on here looks up to him.
  • I think we'll see 2007 prices any time soon.
