Friday - Lamb keema with paratha bread

Sorry to wander a bit off topic, but I was wondering if you make paratha bread, or if you buy it? I love the stuff but can't find anywhere that sells it and have no idea how you make it. Thank you!

I'll post my meal plan when I get home this evening - the list's at home and I can't remember what I'd planned for Wednesday...

Well this week hasn't gone to plan, so i'll have to try harder!

Saturday - crumb coated chicken thigh with salad (or veg, depending if I go into town or not) - http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Crumb-Coated-Chicken-Thighs/Detail.aspx

Sunday - sausages with butter baked rice

Monday - quiche (not sure what yet) with salad. Will make and cook it when I do the rice on Sunday

Tuesday - chicken curry with rice

Wednesday - tuna fish cakes with salad

Thursday - [STRIKE]some pasta concoction with roasted peppers as have a jar kicking around in the fridge (any ideas?!)[/STRIKE] Will delay pasta until next week and have chilli instead (need to sort freezer)

    Friday - chilli with rice

Saturday - chicken stirfry with noodles

Sunday - [STRIKE]chilli with rice[/STRIKE] mini pizza with salad

I'll have the rest of the quiche for lunch during the week. Hmm, still have lots of eggs so will hard boil some and have as snacks.

Here's mine: it's had to be re-jigged a bit as I arrived at Tesco just as they were yellow-stickering things, so I've got a few bargains to use now!

Tonight - bean, courgette and mozzarella burritos (yellow-stickered mozzarella)
Saturday - chilli con carne and hm garlic bread
Sunday - smoked trout and courgette pasta (yellow-stickered trout from last week)
    Monday - Moroccan meatball stew
    Tuesday - smoked trout kedgeree
Wednesday - Thai-style turkey and chickpea curry and hm naan bread (yellow-stickered turkey)
Thursday - salami, spinach and chickpea stew (yellow-stickered salami)

Breakfasts will be cereal or porridge with fruit, or hm bread with jam or peanut butter; lunches will be sandwiches - turkey, salami or cambazola - all yellow stickered, of course!

Back after a very long break!
