This is our meal plan for next week although I have to think of something else for Monday evening as DH was meant to be working away so planned something that me and DS like that he doesn't and DH came home from work tonight and said he's not away Monday night....
Fri: Sausage, Mash & Beans
Sat: Cottage pie & veg
Sun: Sausage pasta (just me and DS)
Mon: was going to be Cauliflour cheese now unsure.....
Tues: Spaghetti Bolognaise
Wed: Roast Lamb (not roasted but in slow cooker lol!)
Thurs: Fish, HM chips & peas

This is my third week of meal planning but the first one I've posted so here goes:
Sat Chilli / Rice
Sun Cafe Style Worship at Church so will eat there.
Mon Jacket pot / beans
Tues Chicken wrapped in bacon /salad/ chips for DS
Wed Bacon & mushroom quiche / beans/ new pots
Thurs Tuna pasta
Fri ???
Breakfasts tend to be yoghurt & fruit, Weetabix or scrambled egg.
Lunches are different for everyone mainly pasta / rice based as myself, DD and DH are all on SW Diet.0 -
I'm new to Meal planning to chances of me sticking to this are unknown! Anyway, the plan is:
Friday - Leftover night (basically anything that needs eating!)
Saturday - something quick. Probably fajitas.
Sunday - Good Ol' Roast. Meat will depend on what I buy today!
Monday - Pie, Mashed potato, Veg
Tuesday - Pasta Bake
Wednesday - Lasagne
Thursday - Chicken Kievs, potatos and veg
Friday - HM pizza and chips

Friday - Lamb keema with paratha bread
Sorry to wander a bit off topic, but I was wondering if you make paratha bread, or if you buy it? I love the stuff but can't find anywhere that sells it and have no idea how you make it. Thank you!

Breakfasts are grapefruit followed by:
Branflakes with raisins and sultanas
or porridge with raisins and sultanas or blueberries
or toast with HM strawberry jam, HM marmalade or marmite
Lunches
Saturday: Out visiting
Sunday: Tomatoes with thyme on toast, followed by sultana scones with strawberry jam and tea
Monday: HM green lentil pate sandwiches
Tuesday: Pitta pizzas
Wednesday: HM green lentil pate sandwiches
Thursday: Organic mature cheddar and onion quiche
Friday: Organic mature cheddar, coriander, mango chutney and apple toasties
Dinners
Saturday: Mixed bean chilli with spinach and rice
Sunday: One-pan organic roast chicken and veg served with peas and gravy, followed by Black Saturn's chocolate mousse
Monday: Smoken salmon omelette with peas and HM oven chips
Tuesday: Organic lamb and sweet pepper lasagne with salad
Wednesday: Organic mature cheddar and onion quiche with baked beans and steamed potatoes
Thursday: Porcini, thyme and garlic risotto
Friday: Breadcrumbed pollock with peas and HM oven chips
Puds can be fruit, cheese, yoghurt, organic ice cream or semolina.
Snacks can be fruit, carrot, crackers, popcorn, or digestives.Love and compassion to all x0 -

Toast for Hubby as he is early shift
Porridge or toast for Dd and I
(sunday we always have croissants and jam)
Lunches
Dd and I will have HM soup, yogurt and peice of fruit
Dh will take a packed lunch
Dinners
Sat - take away (out all day with Rainbows)
sun - roast chicken left overs will be used to make chicken, rice and veg soup which will feed Dd and I all week for lunches + meal during week (it is the only HM soup she will eat)
Mon - HM lasagne
Tue - fish, HM wedges & HM mushy peas
Wed - chicken pasta bake (using left over chicken)
Thu - Macaroni
Fri - HM chiken Tikka
Sat - HM burgers using the rest of the mince, HM potato wedges with salad and corn on the cob
puddings
Mostly fruit, Ice cream one day and HM choc chip brownies another day.
Snacks
Raisins, cheese, breadsticks & humous, crackers or SP choc chip cookies0 -
Here's mine,
Sun - Roast chicken (to be rubbered for future dinners)
Mon - Veggie Cottage Pie (made with lentils)
Tue - Chicken Enchillada & Salad (rubbered chicken)
Wed - Portugese Potatoes and veggies
Thur - Spicy Koftas, pitta bread, salad and maybe h/m spicy wedges
Fri - Chicken Paprikash & mash
Sat - Goulash Soup and Bread.
I'm still on my make a new dinner each week. Last weeks Lamb Tagine was nice, not sure if it is a keeper for regular rotation though. The new southern fried chicken strips I made this week will be though! They are all cooked and flash frozen ready to take out daily for lunchboxes.

FRI: HM Tuna Fishcakes, wedges and corn on the cob
SAT: HM Turkey and Mushroom Pie from freezer New potatoes and runner beans
SUN: Roast Chicken (DH's choice) Roasties, Stuffing (HM sage and onion),Brussels, Carrots and Gravy followed by Apple and Blackberry Crumble with custard.
MON: Left over Chicken with HG Spinach and mushrooms layered with ricotta cheese and Baked in the oven served with new potatoes.
TUES: Sweetcorn Chowder (from carcase of chicken) and HM Crusty Bread
WED: Mackerel fillets served with salad and new potatoes
THUR: Minced Beef Cobbler with veg
FRI: Sausage and Onion in Batter with roasties and runner beansBlessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Well this week hasn't gone to plan, so i'll have to try harder!

Sunday - sausages with butter baked rice
Monday - quiche (not sure what yet) with salad. Will make and cook it when I do the rice on Sunday
Tuesday - chicken curry with rice

Thursday - [STRIKE]some pasta concoction with roasted peppers as have a jar kicking around in the fridge (any ideas?!)[/STRIKE] Will delay pasta until next week and have chilli instead (need to sort freezer)
Friday - chilli with rice
Saturday - chicken stirfry with noodles
Sunday - [STRIKE]chilli with rice[/STRIKE] mini pizza with salad

Here's mine: it's had to be re-jigged a bit as I arrived at Tesco just as they were yellow-stickering things, so I've got a few bargains to use now!
Tonight - bean, courgette and mozzarella burritos (yellow-stickered mozzarella)
Saturday - chilli con carne and hm garlic bread
Sunday - smoked trout and courgette pasta (yellow-stickered trout from last week)
Monday - Moroccan meatball stew
Tuesday - smoked trout kedgeree
Wednesday - Thai-style turkey and chickpea curry and hm naan bread (yellow-stickered turkey)
Thursday - salami, spinach and chickpea stew (yellow-stickered salami)
Breakfasts will be cereal or porridge with fruit, or hm bread with jam or peanut butter; lunches will be sandwiches - turkey, salami or cambazola - all yellow stickered, of course!
