Concerns wrote:Dear Taafari, We recognise your concerns regarding our training and the vacancies that we have and thank-you for bringing this to our attention. We can assure you that we are taking this very seriously and we have put in place a new compliance department. We have dismissed anybody that we believe has not been complying with our company policy. Over the past 12 years we have placed thousands of people in employment and will not tolerate consultants at this firm tarnishing our name. We would like the opportunity to show to you that our training is beneficial and that we do have some great opportunities for people looking to find work. Kind Regards
Why didn't you post this message on the forum I wonder? Is it because it’s contradictory to all of the posts from you and Ben that seem to deny that there are any problems at all with Darnell International?
Anyway, I didn't fall for your crap and I haven't lost any money. [TEXT DELETED].
If there are thousands of people that you have found work, why is there not one comment from a genuine happy client of yours? Surely you could get some testimonials from your previous customers if that was the case? [TEXT DELETED].
Yes, the jobs you have posted on here do exist, but they are advertised on the same job websites that you post your adverts on and are usually advertised through legitimate agencies.
And I know that you contact these employers and offer to send them candidates. I know this because you contacted the recruitment manager for my employer. He couldn't work out why you were offering to send him clients FOR FREE until we discussed it. So I know for a FACT, that you phoned my employer (who is paying for my CEMAP training with no penalty if I was to leave) and offered to send him clients for free, which I believe is illegal as you are making your fees through the client and not the employer.
But anyway the point is that yes an employer might offer an interview, as a result of you forwarding them a CV, but if they did, it would be because you had a good CV, not because of any sort of affiliation that ‘Darnell’ has with the company. And yes of course it might help getting a job in Financial Services if you had the cefa/cemap module 1, but why pay £495 if you can pay £140 elsewhere?
I, like everyone else, was called a couple of hours after initially applying for your imaginary vacancy, and told that the employer had seen my CV, and it was the best CV he’d ever seen. I was told ‘congratulations, the job is yours’.
There is no employer. There is no job. If an employer had seen my CV and liked it, then they would want to call, and then I’d be told I didn’t need to pay for the training as they would provide it free, which would obviously ruin [TEXT DELETED].
So stop spamming these forums [TEXT DELETED]. Stop threatening people with legal action, because you’ve not got a leg to stand on, you will be shut down.BenPhillips wrote: »CAN YOU GUARENTEE A JOB It is very difficult for us to guarantee employment as we are not the employer, however we do have a few nationwide vacancies with networks and brokerages that will guarantee you a position provided that you pass the Financial Services criteria ie you do not have a criminal record, any bad debt and you can be seen to be a fit and proper person
One thing I can guarantee, is that not one single employer, would guarantee an employed position, without at least meeting their potential new employee. I'd just like to suggest that Ben Phillips look for an online training course in grammar, focusing perhaps on the appropriate use of the apostrophe.
Tell you what Ben, I'll provide the training for you. Listen carefully. There is no apostrophe when an 's' is used to make a plural. Thus you should have said that you were operating your scam (sorry, offering jobs) in many "areas" not "area's". Can I have £495 please? After all I have obviously saved you years of standard English education.
Might I also respectfully suggest that if you're going to post fake testimonials you at least use someone who can spell, punctuate and indeed string together a coherent sentence. I can't imagine high calibre candidates (or blue-chip financial institutions) being attracted to an agency which purports to find jobs for the illiterate, as charitable a cause as that may be.0 -
