How long should it take to get your PAC code?

On friday morning I requested my PAC code from O2, was told it would be texted to me within 24 hours but it still hasn't turned up. I gave them until today in case the bank holiday weekend held it up. Then I tried ringing them today to ask where it was but I'd been left on hold for over 30 minutes when I gave up. Thought…

To get your PAC code, we offer you a very simple solution: select your current provider, ....
Once this is done, you will get the phone number you need to call from your mobile.
